I pray you are well, may Allah keep you and your family with Aafiyah.
I needed some help in working out how to distribute the money I owed my Marhoom Father.
The Amount I owed my Father at the time of his passing away was a total of £65118.
Of which £4000 was from my mums account in which only my mums benefits were going in to.
Which leaves me owing my Dad £61,118.
We are 5 brothers and 4 sisters and my Mother , to whom I need to distribute this money to.
The problem i have is the Account from which my Father gave me this money had money coming in from 3 benefits , Pension Credit, State Pension and Attendance Allowance.
To my knowledge there was no other money coming into this Account. The Pension Credit was coming on both my Fathers n mums name, the other 2 on only my fathers name.
In the years my father borrowed me money pension credit was as follows
2009 couple £198.45 pw
2011 Couple £ 202.40 pw
2013 Couple £217.90 pw
2014 Couple £226.50pw
State Pension on only Dads name
2009 £152.30 pw
2011 £163.35 pw
2013 £176.15pw
2014 £180.09 pw
Attendance Allowance on only Dads name
2009 £67 pw
2011£73.6 pw
2013 £79.15pw
2014 £ 81.3 pw.
The above figures i have got through google searches.
My Question is how do I work out the Inheritance, and how much will my Mother and each of my Brothers and Sisters get.
